Your main responsibilities will be;
- Coordinate and manage franchisee activities in your regional area
- Coordinate and manage marketing activities in your regional area following Jtax Marketing guidelines
- Set and monitor weekly activities and results in coordination with head office and franchisees
- Manage and advance the on boarding procedures when bringing on new franchisees
- Manage key result measurements in coordination with head office
- Coordinate training and meetings with new franchisees
- Contribute to the leadership team in setting and implementing business strategy
- Contribute to a workplace culture that genuinely allows people to feel valued and to flourish
